Shimmy Downs Kelpies is Kelpie Breeding and Working Dog Training business based in Busselton, WA. A family business, SDK is run and managed by husband and wife team, James and Michelle Carr, under the watchful eye of their two daughters Amarlia, 4 and Mackenzie, 2.

With a lifetime of experience on farms, including shearing, sheep farming and dairy farming, James has always had trusty kelpie companions on his team. Having trained all of his own working crew over the years, the SDK family know the value of a well trained kelpie by your side while out and about on the farm.
